Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, HappyMod 2026 will:

• Promptly investigate the claim
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected user of the takedown notice
• Provide the user an opportunity to file a counter-notification
• Restore the content if a valid counter-notification is received and no court action is pending

Repeat Infringement Policy

HappyMod 2026 will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright laws. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against repeat offenders.
