Become Your Best Self With Activations™
Formerly known as Superhuman, we've redefined transformation with Activations™ – your key to motivation, growth, and limitless potential.
Unlike traditional meditation which calms you, Activations are motivational, science-backed audio experiences designed to help you manifest a better life effortlessly. Feel the shift instantly as you evolve into your wealthiest, healthiest, and happiest self. Whether you're walking, getting ready, or winding down, these transformative audios fit seamlessly into your busy life – so you'll actually stick to using it.
It's not quite meditation,
It's not quite a podcast,
It's not quite music…
It's an activation.
Why Activations™ Work:

Using a combination of neuroscience, classical conditioning, manifestation, daily affirmations, visualization techniques and self-image psychology, Activations™ rewire your mind, create new beliefs, and ignite real change. It's not meditation. It's activation – the fastest route to results.
These audios engage your Reticular Activating System—the RAS—helping your mind filter in the positive and the things that align with your goals. The more you listen, the more you start to embody that future you, and you'll see your thoughts, beliefs, and actions shift to align with your vision.
91% of listeners feel a profound shift after just one Activation
74% experience a significant transformation within 90 days
With over 700+ Activations, these audios are designed to transform everyday moments into powerful opportunities for growth. Listen while walking, working out, cleaning, or even cooking. Activate your future self today – because you deserve to live your most extraordinary life.
